Instead of a crutch, think of me as your training wheels — here to help you learn the skills to thrive, so you can do it on your own. Let’s partner up and work together to build a sustainable, holistic, health-forward lifestyle that you actually enjoy living.   • “Self-care should come before service.”

    Together, we will identify and stabilise a set of habits to bolster your physical health and mental wellbeing. This isn’t about becoming a high-level athlete, it’s about trending in the right direction, where consistency is more important than speed.

    This will help us:

    • Build confidence and momentum by following through on what we say we will do.

    • Create a physiological and psychological environment that is ready for adaptability, joy and success.

    • Form the scaffolding for resilience and accountability; a system to get us back to centre when life gets hard.

    Men often shy away from these words: empathy, vulnerability, communication, connection, supportive, encouraging, caring, loving.

    While they are often considered to be ‘feminine’ attributes, they should be more accurately described as ‘human’.

    Pause and consider this: If a young child could describe the father that they need the most, who would help them flourish and grow, what would they say? Suddenly, those ‘feminine’ words apply quite well, don’t they?

    This isn’t about ditching your ‘masculine’ traits for ‘feminine’ traits; it’s about expanding your skillset, confidence and experience of life. We are adding, not subtracting.

    We’ll build an inner toolkit that includes:

    • Emotional awareness: Learn to recognise, label, and process feelings.

    • Communication skills: Build stronger, more genuine connections, that are true to who you are.

    • Purposeful reflection practices: Introspection, visualisation, and alignment with your values.

    With a deeper understanding of who we are and what makes us tick, we can build a clearer picture of our values, the pillars of our lives, and how we want to grow.

    By the end of the program, you’ll have:

    • The tools to implement habits that strengthen resilience and autonomy.

    • A personal ‘map and compass’; the knowledge and ability to keep yourself in line, and to find your way back when you stray.

    When we know why we’re doing what we’re doing, it makes the effort make sense.

    We shift from “I have to”, to “I want to”.

    Then, to “this is who I am”.

    And in the best case scenario, to “I love that I get to do this every day”.

The journey is never really just about physical health, or mental clarity, or emotional resilience — it’s always a blend of all of it. That’s where I come in. With years of experience at the intersection of mind, body, and performance, I’ll help you cut through the noise and find what truly moves the needle for you.

What You’ll Get:

  • Two 1-on-1 video sessions with me (60 minutes each)

  • Targeted questionnaires and/or psychometric assessments based on your specific needs and goals

  • A deep audit of your current health, mindset, and lifestyle habits

  • A personalised 8-week action plan designed to build momentum and lasting change

How It Works:

  1. After purchase: You’ll receive a booking link within 24 hours to schedule your first session.

  2. Session 1: We’ll go deep — exploring where you are, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way.

  3. Between sessions: I will request additional information — like wearable data, journal prompts, or lifestyle logs — to help us build a complete picture. You may also receive tailored psychometric assessments or questionnaires to uncover blind spots and opportunities.

  4. Session 2: We’ll unpack your habits, identify your blockers, and clarify what needs to shift to align with your goals.

  5. After our second call: I’ll deliver a personalised week-by-week plan for the next 8 weeks — built around systems, habits, and strategies that actually fit your life.

This 6-month program is built for men who are ready to take ownership of their lives. Blending high-performance health, psychology, and leadership, this isn’t just about feel-good chats and workout plans. It’s about building systems, habits, and mindset shifts that actually stick. You’ll move from external accountability to deep internal autonomy — with a clear compass for how to handle life’s inevitable challenges.
